Shipping & Returns Policy

Overview
G Link operates from Riga, Latvia and ships products within the European Union.
We sell to both private individuals (B2C) and businesses (B2B).
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. In certain individual cases, orders may be confirmed via invoice with advance payment.
1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
For custom-designed NFC cards, production begins immediately after the customer approves the final design proof.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery within the EU:

Baltic countries: 1-5 business days

Other EU countries: 5-10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
2. Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit:

G Link will initiate an investigation with the courier service

A replacement card will be sent to the customer

If the courier confirms loss due to their fault, a refund may also be issued
We aim to resolve such cases fairly and efficiently.
3. Order Cancellation
Standard Products
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation.
Custom-Designed Products
Custom orders may be cancelled only before design approval.
Once the customer approves the design proof and production begins, cancellation is no longer possible, as the product is made specifically for the customer.
4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, private customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
To qualify:

The item must be unused

The item must be unopened and in original condition

No activation, digital modification, or use must have occurred
A product is considered used if it has been unsealed, activated, or used in any way.
Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-designed NFC cards
-
Personalized or branded products
-
Items that have been used, activated, or digitally modified
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or contains a production defect, customers must contact info@glink.lv within 14 days of delivery and provide:

Order number

Description of the issue

Clear photo or video evidence
If confirmed, G Link will provide a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Warranty
G Link NFC cards are covered by a limited warranty of:

10 years
or -
100,000 taps
(whichever comes first)
This warranty applies only to technical malfunction of the NFC chip under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage
-
Scratches, bending, cracks
-
Water damage beyond normal exposure
-
Intentional misuse
If a manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period, G Link will replace the card free of charge.
8. Business Customers (B2B)
For business customers, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply.
Return conditions for B2B orders are evaluated individually unless otherwise agreed in writing.
