These Terms of Service outline the rules governing the use of www.glink.lv and the purchase of NFC business cards from G Link.
By placing an order, you agree to:

These Terms define order formation, intellectual property rights, warranty conditions, liability limitations, and dispute resolution procedures.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this Website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.glink.lv and the purchase of products from Maksim Panyushkin, operating under the brand name G Link (“G Link”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or purchase products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law to place an order.
We sell to both private consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B).
3. Products and Compatibility
G Link provides NFC-enabled business cards in standard and custom formats.
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations in color, finish, or material may occur.
Device Compatibility
G Link NFC cards are compatible with most modern NFC-enabled smartphones, including:

iPhones starting from iPhone XS and newer

Android devices running Android 4.4 or later with NFC enabled
However, compatibility depends on the device manufacturer, operating system settings, and NFC activation by the user. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device supports NFC functionality before purchase.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
By completing checkout, you submit an offer to purchase.
A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

Pricing errors

Stock unavailability

Suspected fraud

Technical system errors
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
All prices are in EUR and include Latvian VAT where applicable.
5. Custom Orders
For custom-designed NFC cards:

A digital proof is provided for approval.

Production begins immediately after approval.

Once approved, the order becomes final and non-cancellable.
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content (logos, names, designs) does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
By submitting content, you grant G Link a limited license solely for the purpose of producing your order.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved payment methods.
We do not store full payment card information.
7. Shipping and Returns
Shipping terms, delivery times, withdrawal rights, warranty conditions, and refund procedures are governed by our separate Shipping & Returns Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on www.glink.lv, including logos, text, product designs, graphics, and branding elements, is the property of G Link or used under license.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
9. Warranty
G Link NFC cards are covered by a limited warranty of:

100,000 taps
(whichever occurs first)
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use.
Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification voids the warranty.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

G Link shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We do not guarantee business outcomes, networking results, or commercial success from use of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for:

Misuse of products

Data entered or managed by the customer

External links or third-party platforms

Device compatibility limitations

Service interruptions caused by third parties
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Cyberattacks

Supply chain interruptions
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia, unless mandatory EU consumer protection law provides otherwise.

13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
